Creates an unshared, standalone ArrayBuffer copy of a Uint8Array.
Web Cryptography APIs require an unshared BufferSource. This helper slices
the underlying buffer to prevent SharedArrayBuffer type incompatibilities
and ensure clean byte offsets.
